FDIS Windy City respects the privacy of its visitors and merchants.  As such, the following is our stated privacy policy:

In regards to web site visitors: Any visitor data collected through the use of cookies is SOLELY used for the purpose of traffic analytics.  Any and all submitted form data will not be sold to any 3rd parties, and any external disclosure of it will only be to a partner company in the event your business does not fall into an accepted SIC code or is outside of the US.

In regards to all merchants: Unless instructed by you directly, or by law enforcement through means of a subpeona, we will not release any of your personal data to any 3rd parties.
